Acrylic
Acrylic is what I started with at school, and what probably most people start painting with. All of these pictures are from my school art-boards. Acrylic is easy to move around and blend, and takes less time to dry. Because of its viscosity, it tends to carry longer across the page with one stroke. Acrylic is the perfect place to start painting, and if you enjoy it enough, it can easily be your favourite choice. Unlike oil, it is easy to paint over mistakes without making the layers too thick.
